   Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and surrounding areas.
   If your event location is outside these areas, please contact us before booking. We may still be able to arrange services depending on the event type.
2. Booking & Confirmation
   You can book our services through call, WhatsApp, email, or website inquiry.
   Booking is confirmed after discussion and agreement
   Event date, location, and services must be clearly shared
   Advance booking may be required for large events
   We always try to reach on time. However, delays can happen due to traffic, venue access, or ongoing events. In such cases, we will inform you immediately.
3. Pricing & Payments
   Prices depend on event type, setup size, and service requirements.
   Before starting work:
   Final price is shared with the client
   Extra cost may apply for last-minute changes or additional services
   Advance payment may be required to confirm booking
   Full payment is expected before or on the event day.
   We keep pricing transparent with no hidden charges.
4. Cancellations & Changes
   If you need to cancel or reschedule:
   Inform us as early as possible
   Late cancellations may result in partial charges
   Advance payments are generally non-refundable once arrangements start
   Last-minute changes may not always be possible, especially for large events.
5. Service Execution
   We aim to deliver the event as planned, including decoration, setup, lighting, sound, and management.
   However:
   Final setup may slightly vary due to venue conditions
   External factors (weather, access issues, timing delays) may affect execution
   We will always try to maintain agreed quality and design
6. Client Responsibility
   Clients must ensure:
   Venue access is available on time
   Electricity and basic facilities are provided
   Accurate event details are shared before execution
   Delays or missing information can affect event setup.
7. Third-Party Services
   Some services like catering, photography, or equipment may involve third-party vendors.
   We coordinate and manage everything, but third-party performance may vary based on their service conditions.
8. Liability
   We are responsible for delivering services as agreed.
   We are not liable for:
   Venue-related issues or restrictions
   Damage caused by incorrect venue conditions
   Delays caused by external situations beyond our control
   We always handle events with care and professionalism.
9. Media & Portfolio Use
   We may use photos or videos of events for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes.
   If you do not want your event media used, please inform us before the event.
10. Website Use
    All content on this website belongs to Perfect Ideas Event.
    You are not allowed to copy, reuse, or distribute any material without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
    These terms may be updated when needed. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
